We begin with a comprehensive competitive matrix detailing how your business stacks up online. This gives us a jumping-off point of the work that needs to happen on your domain.

On-Site SEO

Did you know that there are over 200 different ranking factors used by Google for their algorithms? We’ll comb through the guts of your site, ticking off all the right boxes as we go along.

Local Directories

Depending on your industry, we have between 60-80 different local directories on which we’ll list your site. This builds your site’s domain authority by linking it to other highly traveled sites. We don’t outsource this. We don’t list all of our clients on the same directories. A plumber shouldn’t be listed on all of the same directories as a bakery. Most of the directories are included in our monthly fee, but we may recommend some paid/industry-specific directories, as well.

Weekly Maintenance

SEO is a moving target. Let us manage your domain from top to bottom. This includes, but is not limited to: keeping a close eye on your Google Search Console for any site performance errors, maintaining your Google My Business profile, ongoing link building, keyword maintenance, and continual communication to offer guidance for any possible site improvements. 

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Just like our website clients, we’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation call to determine your SEO needs. Don’t be afraid of this call if you’re not technical. There’s no need to get into the nitty-gritty details if you don’t want to. If you do, we’ll geek out with the best of them! We just need to ask a few questions to find out where your site is and where it’s been. This is your chance to get to know us, too.

  2. We’ll send you a nice checklist, tailored to your business, so we can begin work. This includes things like your site credentials, your NAP file (name, address, and phone number of your business + a bit more info), and your top competitors.

  3. Once the checklist is complete, work begins! It should be noted, SEO is never complete. However, we’ll have your competitor matrix, on-site SEO and top local directories knocked out within the first 30 days.
